AUTOMATED LABEL FEEDING
The ALF14 label feeder is equipped with adapters for the most common systems pick & place” SMT (Surface
Mount Technology), aflexible tool with extremely fast setup times strong>.The fully automated label guiding system and the label feeder's fast sensing and dispensing operations are designed to meet your needs of modern picking equipment. Its compact design minimizes clutter.
- easy loading and setup of labels
- fast detection and distribution of labels
- easily adjustable liner width to avoid downtime
- compatible with a wide range of sizes of labels
- compatible with a wide range of "pick&place" machines
- great resistance
- greatreliability with Brady circuit board labels
COMBINABLE WITH BRADYPRINTER i 7100
Possibility of combining theALF14 label feeder with the BradyPrinter i7100, using the range of polyimide “APL” labels proposed by Brady for the traceability of printed circuit boards. An extremelyflexible solution for labeling automationin SMT printed circuit board production lines. The BradyPrinter The i7100 canprint labels on sitewith extreme precision and accuracy before loading them into the ALF14
for automatic feeding to a wide range of machines “pick & place” compatible.
Resistant labels for printed circuit boards
The polyimide printed circuit board label B-7727 proposed by Brady is specificallydesigned
for automatic application. The APL (Auto Apply Label) range of specialty labels has a smaller liner width
and works with a smaller printing ribbon toensure maximum compatibility with automatic application systems.
The B-7727 material is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300 °C, as well as the chemicals
and aggressive cleaning processes used in the assembly of printed circuit boards and in the manufacturing of equipment and components.
The B -7727 printed circuit board label offers:
- extraordinary compatibility with automatic application systems thanks to the smaller liner width
- great precision strong> positioning and high withdrawal percentage
- lower risk of adhesive leakage
- aggressive/extreme washing and cleaning applications
- label placement on both sides
- “surface-mount” or “through-hole” assembly
- high temperature resistant (300°C)
- great readability, even after exposure to chemicals
- good performance with reflow or wave soldering and card washing
- abrasion resistance
- printability in loco
- available on request as a pre-printed label
Protect printed circuit boards with film for self-applying masking
A masking film
The B-7634 masking film proposed by Brady is a thin amber colored polyimide protective material. The material provides significant protection to circuit boards, components and through-holes during high-temperature industrial processes such as wave soldering and hot air leveling. The film is equipped with a removable silicone adhesive which allows it to remain firmly attached during production processes, but also to be easily removed without leaving residue . The B-7634 masking film further enriches the range of automated PCB identification products which includes durable identification labels, label feeders and printer applicators.
Self-applying for greater efficiency
The polyimide masking film is designed to be applied automaticallywith normal “pick &” machinery place” together with the fully automated label orientation system of the ALF14 modular feeder. Automatic application, combined with the ability of the protective film to stick in all PCB manufacturing processes, candramatically improve production efficiency.
Ideal for high temperature processes
B-7634 pre-cut polyimide masking film is a particularly useful product in processes for the production of electronic components for masking printed circuit boards during wave soldering and the production of multilayer circuits. However, self-applying masking film is also useful in other industrial processes such as hot-dip galvanizing, high-temperature powder coating and the production of automotive manifolds and sensors. Available as a continuous roll of tape, the film is ideal for insulating and protecting conductors from the extreme conditions found in the aerospace and wind energy industries.
