COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The communication of personal data on your part constitutes a contractual obligation, since it is not possible to carry out the requested actions.
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Depending on the purpose, the personal data provided to Bredi S.r.l. may be communicated by this to its staff, expressly authorized to carry out processing operations, as well as to IT service providers and/or consultants who act as data processors, to credit institutions that operate as independent data controllers, as well as to public bodies in the fulfillment of legal obligations. STORAGE PERIOD

In the event of the execution of a contract and/or the fulfillment of related legal obligations, the data will be kept for ten years, in accordance withart. 2946 of the Italian Civil Code in the matter of ordinary prescription, and/or pursuant to art. 220 of the Italian Civil Code and 22 Presidential Decree no. 600/1973, as applicable.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
At any time, you have the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not data concerning you is being processed and to obtain, in this case, access to your personal data and to the following information:
— the purposes of the processing;
— the categories of personal data processed;
— the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated;
— the storage period or the criteria used to determine that period;
— the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling.
In addition, you can ask for:
— the correction of your data, if inaccurate;
— cancellation, in cases: i) where personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of collection and/or processing; ii) of revocation of consent, provided that there is no other legal basis for the processing; iii) of opposition pursuant toart. 21 par. 1) and 2) of the Regulation; iv) it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
— the limitation of processing in the event that: i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of the data; ii) the processing is unlawful, and you intend to object to the cancellation, asking that its use be limited; iii) the owner no longer needs them, but they are necessary for the assessment, exercise or defense of your right in court; iv) in case of exercising the right of opposition pursuant to art. 21, for the time necessary for the owner to verify the any predominance of the legitimate reasons of the data controller over yours;
— to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data processed, by automated means, on the basis of consent or a contract; — that the data are not further processed for direct marketing purposes, by means of opposition pursuant toart. 21 par. 2 of the Rules.
Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, based in Rome at Piazza Venezia n. 11, if you believe that a processing violates the Regulation.
